How did you two meet?
We met at work (local ministry) and on our first date, Tyler shared that he always had a dream of going into law enforcement. So to start off our relationship, we navigated him applying, getting hired, and going to the Academy and starting a new career.
What was your favorite part of your wedding day?
My favorite was seeing Tyler's huge smile at our First Look and finally being married.
Do you have any advice for couples as they plan their wedding day?
Make your wedding as much "you" and "us" as possible. Stick to what you like and not cater to opinions. They matter but are not the final say. This will ensure your wedding day means the most to you and you'll have the most fun.
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
We went to a Couples Resort in Jamaica and it was a little too hot for the Coloradan blood. Probably one of the most memorable moments was seeing two sting rays swim by while eating dinner on a pier and Tyler providing the light for the other dinners because he always has a flashlight on him.
