Cheyenne + Matt's Wedding | Shove Chapel Colorado Springs Wedding

- Church - Shove Chapel Colorado Springs
- Reception Venue - Antlers Hotel
-Venue coordinators at the Antlers hotel were Melodie Owens and Andrew Woehle. 
- Florist- Carol Peat ( a coworkers mother in law )
- Cake - Boonzaaijers Dutch Bakery ( we were lucky enough to have both our parents join us to taste test that day to decide flavors)
- DJ-  DJ Spyda Tech ( Jay Lewis ) Matthews personal friend
- Dress - Something New Boutique ( incredibly special moment with just my mom and myself, totally had that crying moment)
- Shoes- I hand glued each gem onto my classic Vans ( lots of wine craft nights)
- Jewelry- My great grandmothers pearl necklace and earrings which also my mother wore on her wedding day. White buffalo bracelet which matthew had bought for me. the wedding ring Matthew had personally designed for me. Also i wore my moms white turquoise ring that my dad had bought her. 
- Indian wedding feather- i wanted to incorporate my native american heritage in some way, so my mom and dad had a pure white feathers blessed for the wedding ceremony at a pow wow that is only to represent purity and spirituality in marriage. my mom had also wore a similar one on her wedding day.

How did you two meet each other?
Matthew and I met at work. I was a nurse and he was our purchaser for the hospital for medical equipment. a mutual friend of ours talked us up to each other and that we would be a "perfect match" however after months of seeing each other through the halls of the hospital in passing, matthew finally asked for my phone number. and after a few declined dates on my end i finally ended up going on a date which i should of done weeks before because we were inseparable ever since ( he's my best friend )

What was your favorite memory from your wedding day?
matthew: When we did our first dance and cheyenne surprised danced around me in her cowboy boots lifting her dress up to show ( she knows i don't like cowboy boots but those were what she wore and we danced to the same wedding song "i don't dance lee brice"  at kelsey wedding when i knew she had stolen my heart for the rest of my life ) 
cheyenne: every ounce was amazing but my favorite was sharing it with all of my closest friends and family that love matthew so incredibly much knowing he is not only perfect for me but my family as well. Also my favorite was after the late night finally ended we woke up early and had breakfast with some of my family still in my wedding dress. 

Do you have any advice for future couples?
Don't stress so much about details. Pay attention just don't stress over it. No matter how much you think you have done it perfectly something will always change but it will all work out, God has it all under control and most people won't even notice except you. Don't ever blame your partner and know all that matters at the end of the day is that you'll get to be a Mr and Mrs. 

Where did you go on your honeymoon?
we went through costco to book a flight and hotel package to oahu hawaii. a few days after the wedding we flew out and spent a week in waikiki hawaii at the outrigger reef hotel that was a walk out beach front hotel. we rented a jeep for a few days and visited all the major sites; pearl harbor, north shore, pineapple farm and snorkeling at hanauma bay coral reef. we also did paddle boarding, surfing, kayaking. because of colorado's time change the best part was waking up at 4 in the morning grabbing coffee and being up at the beach watching the sunrise and being up before everybody else. it was incredibly beautiful and would tell everyone one to visit.
