Deanna and Rob had one of the most unique weddings we've ever attended. They rented the Vista Verde dude ranch near Steamboat Springs for an extended weekend to spend with all their friends and family. The weekend included a true cowboy rehearsal dinner with some of the most amazing food prepared by the staff at Vista Verde followed by a hayride, horseshoe competition, calf roping, tequila shooting good time in the stables at the ranch.

Denver Cheesman Park Engagement Session | Alison and James's Engagement Session
A big congratulations to Alison and James who were winners of our Engagement Shoot giveaway at our most recent Great Bridal Expo. We are so sad they are getting married in their home state of New Hampshire this fall because it would have been a pleasure to be a part of their wedding day. They are a couple full of energy and love for each other. With their love for literature, we decided it was only fitting to start their engagement session off with a trip to The Mutiny Bookstore on South Broadway followed by some flirting in their neighborhood park (Cheesman Park). Congratulations you two and we wish you all the best on your wedding day. Please Like and Share

Brittany and Tom's Downtown Denver Engagement Session | Denver Wedding Photographer
Brittany and Tom are movie buffs. One of their favorite dates is a trip to the theaters together. We figured what better theater in Denver to take them to for their engagement session than the historic Mayan Theater. After enjoying a cocktail and some popcorn we headed down to Denver Art Museum and Civic Center Park to catch a few photos in the setting sun. We could not be happier for these two and look forward to being part of their September 6th wedding at The Golden Hotel. Feel free to comment | like | share
Devil's Thumb Ranch Engagement Shoot | Cassie and Brady's Winter Mountain Engagement Shoot
It may be spring now and the vegetation has started to bud in the lower elevations, but up in the high country it still has the feel of winter. The snow still clings to the peaks around the famous Devils Thumb Ranch outside of Winter Park, Colorado. This was the setting for the seasons last winter engagement shoot for us featuring Cassie and Brady, and their romantic sleigh ride up the mountain. Congratulations and we look forward to their Mile High Station wedding day later this fall.

Colorado Mountain Engagement Photographer, Eldorado Colorado Winter Engagement Shoot | Sara and Steven's Winter Mountain Engagement Shoot
I know I have said it before, but we love a good winter engagement shoot in our beautiful high country. The ski traffic on I-70 can get a bit crazy on the weekends this time of year, so for Sara and Steven's engagement shoot we set out a bit north to the small town of Eldora, Colorado. We hopped around the streets and trails playing in the fresh powder that covering the ground for us. We want to wish Sara and Steven good luck on their Ohio wedding day later this summer and are sad we cant be a part of the fun.

Denver Wedding Photographer, Mountain Engagement Photographer | Sara and Tyler's White Ranch Park Engagement Shoot
I love being introduced to new and beautiful Colorado locations. That is exactly what happened when we set out for Sara and Tyler's winter mountain engagement shoot at White Ranch Open Space just outside of Denver. This spot has very special meaning to Sara and Tyler as it is where he got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage. We had a great time checking out some of what the park had to offer. We were even blessed with a wonderful and very colorful sunset to cap off the evening. Just how I like it! I look forward to their warmer July wedding here in Denver. Here are a few of my favorites from their shoot.
